How to apply a global pre-lightener

This tutorial demonstrates how to apply a pre-lightener or full head bleach application to a client who already has existing pre-lightener.This application technique must only be used if the re-growth is under 1.5cm long, otherwise you risk banding within the hair. If you have a regrowth that is 1.5cm long or over it is advise to follow a long re-growth global pre-lightener technique (please see tutorial). When applying avoid overlapping with existing pre-lightener and for ultimate condition don\'t forget to always use Smartbond.
